      Yes. Our principals have been headquartered in Calgary since 1992 and have serviced clients in Calgary and Central Alberta, B.C., Saskatchewan as well as internationally in China and Australia.
    • Can you only support my Calgary office? I have other offices.

      No, we can service clients virtually anywhere. We have had clients in Red Deer, Nisku, Vancouver, Lethbridge, Saskatoon, Phoenix, even China and Australia..
    • If my office does have an emergency that requires you to be onsite evenings or over the weekend - will you really respond?

      Yes! We've done it for almost 30 years - why stop now? We understand how important it is for your staff to come to work the next work day and seamlessly start adding to your bottom line. Therefore we take great importance in working after hours, evenings, and weekends if that is what is required for your office continuity.
    • What do you mean by "Boutique IT Support Company"?

      Essentially this means that we focus on fewer, longer term clients so as to keep our relationships as personal as possible. We have client caps for each IT Professional as well as for the company as a whole. We feel that building a true relationship this way with our clients offers the best way to understand their business and how to best maximize your IT technologies.     • How long have you been in business?

      The principals have been servicing the Calgary marketplace since 1992.
