Doug received his Commerce Degree from the University of Calgary in 1989. He subsequently went to work for ADT Computing – a national computer services company. In 1992 Doug started up his own computer services company and embarked on a new IT concept – fewer clients with the goal of creating meaningful, long term and lasting relationships with those select clients. This successful strategy boasts client relationships that have lasted 10, 15 – even 20 years!

Ed has been involved in the Calgary IT industry for 30 years as system analyst for government and private corporations. Ed was one of the original Senior Techs involved in the creation of Longview Systems, back in the day! Ed’s skill set is diverse and includes advanced network infrastructure design, installation and support as well as database maintenance, email support and remote computing development. .

Darcy is a Professional Engineer with an MBA from the Haskayne School of Business (Calgary). He has 36 years contracting experience in IT and Telecommunications Technologies including architecture and security reviews of large corporate and SCADA networks, IP routing and switching technology implementation, and Private cloud creations using Microsoft Azure and Vblock.

Mike first began providing onsite desktop support and call center remote support in the mid 2000’s. After leaving the industry for a time, he returned and brought back with him his popular personable approach to contracted desktop support.

Katherine joined the team in 2013 and performs various office duties, better enabling the staff to focus on their support initiatives.
